| Processing Of Orders:

All orders must be confirmed by fax or email before order will be processed. Terms for payment will be arranged before any items are shipped.

| Cancellation of Orders:

Please be sure to call us if you need to cancel your order. This will help to expedite the cancellation before items are shipped. If any items have been shipped, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser for any freight charges incurred.

| Shipping Information:

All items are shipped FOB: Manufacturer. Please call for freight rates before shipping. Please remember to inspect all packages for any damage or shortages before accepting any shipment. Make notes of any damages or discrepancies at the time of delivery with the delivery driver.

| Returns:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call for “Return Goods Authorization” (RGA) number before returning any items. All return freight charges are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise authorized by a representative of Atlas Chairs & Tables.
All returned products will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and the return shipping fees. No returns will be allowed for defects relating to workmanship on products once the product has been used.
